Welcome to Wady Le3b! These Terms of Use govern your use of the Wady
Le3b mobile application. By using the App, you agree to be bound by
these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the
App.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use Wady Le3b. By using the
App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
2. Account Registration
To access certain features of the App, you must create an account by
providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false
information or violate these Terms.
3. Use of the App
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with
these Terms. You agree not to:
- Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
- Disrupt or interfere with any match or game
- Use automated scripts to interact with the app
- Post or share content that is offensive, obscene, or illegal
- Impersonate any person or entity
We reserve the right to remove any content or users that violate these
rules.
4. Payments & Bookings
Some features of Wady Le3b require payment (e.g., match bookings,
tournament fees, referee subscriptions). By making a payment:
- You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method
- You agree that all purchases are non-refundable, except where
required by law
- Payments are securely processed via Paymob
We do not store your payment details.
5. Match Participation
When joining a match or event through Wady Le3b:
- You are expected to attend and play responsibly
- You must respect fellow players, referees, and facilities
- Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in account suspension
6. Referees and Third Parties
Wady Le3b may connect users with referees, field owners, or third-party
partners. We:
- Do not employ these third parties directly
- Are not responsible for their behavior or performance
Any disputes should be reported to us and will be handled on a
case-by-case basis.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and technology used in the App are the
intellectual property of Wady Le3b or its licensors. You may not:
- Copy or reproduce any part of the App
- Use our name, logo, or assets without permission
- Reverse-engineer or tamper with the app's code
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at
any time if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Abuse the platform or other users
- Engage in fraud or misconduct
You may also delete your account at any time via your app settings or by
contacting us.
9. Disclaimer
Wady Le3b provides the App on an "as-is" basis. We make no
guarantees regarding:
- Availability or uptime of services
- Accuracy of match listings or results
- Behavior of other users or third parties
We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damages resulting from your
use of the App.
10. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant
changes, we will notify users in-app or via email. Continued use of the
App after updates means you accept the new Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt,
without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising will
be handled by the courts of Cairo, Egypt.
